Availability of Products
Not all products are available for purchase online. Some products are not available for purchase online because we cannot ship them to you by UPS. Size, weight, corrosive and flammable factors limit many products from being shipped by UPS.
UPS charges fees (HAZARDOUS MATERIAL CHARGES & ADDITIONAL HANDLING CHARGES) to ship packages larger than a gallon and any flammable items. They will accept flammables and corrosives, however, in some cases, the shipping charges can be more than the price of the product. If you would like to order a product that is not offered online or would like to purchase product in bulk, contact us to find your Authorized PRO® Distributor.
Hazardous Materials Surcharges
Some items are classified by the DOT (U.S. Dept. of Transportation) as CORROSIVE or FLAMMABLE, which are designated as Hazardous Materials. BAF Industries is on contract with UPS and therefore are able to ship Hazardous Materials. However, these items are subject to a $48.00 UPS Hazardous Materials Surcharge for each box (1 - 4 gals.) or Five (5) Gallon Container.
Products purchased online are delivered via select UPS Ground.
Shipping and Handling Methods
Shipping can be expensive with the nature of car care products. So we try to get the product to you the most efficient and cost effective way. We will ship using UPS Ground unless you request special shipping instructions.
Delivery Information -- Non-Holiday
Shipping charges listed are for delivery in the contiguous U.S. only. We do not ship online orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.
Ground Service Only
Due to the combustible classification rating on most PRO® Products, all direct-shipped items purchased online can only be delivered by UPS Ground service. There are No Air Shipments Available due to more restrictive D.O.T. Classifications on air shipments.
Additional Residential Delivery Charges Apply.
This applies to all ground shipments destined to a home or private residence within the U.S., including a business operated out of the home.
We ship orders five days per week (Monday - Friday) from 8a-4p EST. We are closed Saturday and Sunday, all major holidays. If order placed after hours, it will be processed on Monday morning. Standard delivery orders should arrive at their destination 7 to 10 business days from the date the order is received in our system.
Parcel package carriers will not deliver to a Post Office box. We need a street address.
Multiple items going to different delivery addresses will be treated as separate orders when shipping charges are calculated.
Multiple Delivery Dates
Multiple items being delivered on different delivery dates to the same address will be treated as separate orders when shipping charges are calculated.
Upgraded Shipping Options
Upgraded shipping options are available for an additional charge only on certain items which are not regulated by D.O.T. This additional fee will be added to your shipping charges.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
